I've got myself in on this produce Co-Op.
Every two weeks I bring home a laundry basket full of random produce for a good price.
The first time -I went out of town - and passed the goods on to others.
This time I brought it home and spread it out across the table.
I sorted it into piles.
I sorted it into bowls.
I stared at it for a while.
I made a list - a list of things I could possibly do with it all.
AND THEN I did what any sane person would do
with an inordinate amount of produce
and a mind unwilling to process it all....
I photographed it.
