7:30 am Sunday Morning
The kiddos have tiptoed downstairs and Mom and Dad have narrowly escaped the interruption of a miraculous bit of extra shut eye.
unbenounced to us Isabel has become the distributor of chocolate milk in sippy cups. No biggie ‘you think
High Cupboard
Heavy Glass Milk Bottle
But hey you say, the girls gonna grow up right?
So she feeds her and her sister a breakfast of Chocolate Milk and Pretzels – it can’t be worse than things OTHER people feed their kids like POP TARTS.
So, when the grunting and scraping started – followed by squeals proclaiming something or another about Nutcrackers – we decided that it was time to drag our lazy bums out of bed.
Lo and Behold the girls have decided it is time to get ready for Christmas.
Across the foyer they have spread out everything their little hands could carry (which is more than they have lead us to believe in the past – NO MORE getting away with “it’s too heavy!”)
Strings of beads, 2 large nutcrackers, a nativity set, stockings, ornaments, books you name it….
Who are we to say they have to wait until after Thanksgiving.
Wish they could’ve set up the tree though – that one’s a pain!
