Our friend Sophia comes to preschool everyday in a cute skirt, patterned tights and almost always a super fashionable scarf. Alex also believes in the power of the skirt and has started trying out Sophia's signature accessory too ( -the scarf-).
So last week Alex and Izzy each got a new dress off the clearance rack - the dresses came with cute scarves.
When it was time to leave the house, Alex donned her boots, coat and of course her new scarf. But Izzy did not.
Alex said in a worried voice - "Izzy aren't you going to put on your scarf?"
and Izzy matter of factly replied...
"I'm not that kind of girl!"
That's cute! The influence of others. Your girls are so trendy. Alyssa still keeps talking about getting her hair cut, ever since Izzy had hers done. We were looking at pictures from 3 years ago when her hair had grown out just past her shoulders and she brought it up again. We might just try it.
ReplyDeleteI love that! Way to not conform to trends, Izzy! She's her own woman. And that is what is so awesome about her!
ReplyDeleteThat's hilarious, Becca! I just love that she's so "tomboy"! Go Izzy!!!
