What it is like to be me

 

Tonight I have been listening to my husband talking to my sister on the phone – it is quite funny – they keep talking about me and the silly things I do, so I started to write them down and kept on going with my own list – there is so much more – but here are all the quirky goofy me-isms!

I hate to be wet!

I hate watching movies more than once

I can’t just sit & watch a movie – I have to be doing at least 2 things at once

I love to feed wild animals

My prayers are often answered by the words to a song

Also, my prayers are often answered first thing in the morning when my brain is empty.

I do not wake up mentally in the morning.

It takes me a while to get past grunts and moans.  My eyes don’t stay open.  If I were my hubby I would have got a cattle prod long ago.  I also consequently hate to go to bed at night.

I ALWAYS have a song in my head! ALWAYS!

Ask me anytime and there is always something.  Every now and then Matt will say  “so what are you singing” and it is always off the wall – I even surprise myself.

On a busy day I really miss my computer

I love Coke. 

That first drink when I haven’t had it for a while BURNS so beautifully going down.  AWESOME!!!!

I love tacos.

Used to think they were the most boring, bland food ever! Then one day something in my mind I went totally loco and I fell in love.  It has been better since I have been diabetic – but there was a while that I even wanted them for breakfast!

I like to try to understand the human mind.

I love a good quote.  I love to be inspired! I love REALLY good writing!

I will take my girls T.P. ing  or wrapping as they call it in Texas

My husband says its because instead of being the mom I want to be the friend – Heck no! I want to be the kid!!!!

I have always been one to get into trouble – but rarely got caught – actually only got caught once.

I love to drive.  Fast.  The minivan & kids have mellowed me though.

I love to dance.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE to dance!

I love to clean my house at night. 

I remember taking down my blinds and washing them in the shower at 3 am.

I want a dog SO BAD! 

Even though my life is more than full with my cats and my kids and my hubby! I want a big beast to run with, snuggle with, play with.  Someday!

I sleep in bed with 6 regular pillows, 1 sofa pillow and 1 body pillow.

I sleep on the sofa with 1 sofa pillow and a blanket
